EX66 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guidelines

EX66 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. Use of this platform is entirely voluntary and is intended for adult members only.

EX66 reserves the right to verify any member's identity (KYC) at any time. Copies of a national ID, passport, or driving licence may be requested. Large withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.

EX66 takes a strict stance on protecting minors from gambling. Any individual under 18 who registers or attempts to register will have their account immediately suspended, and all funds may be forfeited.

• Only payment methods (Mobile Pay, Nagad, or bank accounts) registered in the member's own name are permitted.
• Funds deposited on behalf of another person will be subject to verification, and third-party deposits may be returned upon identification.
• Betting with credit cards or borrowed funds is strongly discouraged on ethical grounds.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before processing a large withdrawal for the first time.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, withdrawals may be held for up to 48 hours for verification.
• EX66 does not charge any withdrawal fees — however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All bonus offers at EX66 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering multiplier — such as 5x, 10x, or 20x.
• Wagering means the bonus amount must be bet a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Some games contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements (e.g. slots at 100%, table games at 20%).
• Wagering requirements must be met within a specified time after receiving a bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.

Using the same promotion across multiple accounts or through multiple family members is prohibited. EX66 reserves the right to detect bonus abuse, in which case the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (with limited exceptions for live betting).
• EX66 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from an obvious error, whether due to a typo or a system fault.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded — bets will be settled at odds of 1.0.

If EX66 has reason to believe a member is using inside information related to match-fixing, the bet and account will be suspended immediately and referred to the relevant legal authorities if necessary.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on EX66 and will result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or any other software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to an account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members.
• Operating multiple accounts using false information.
• Using strategic betting patterns to circumvent bonus terms.

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is recommended to withdraw any available balance before proceeding with the closure.

• Immediate suspension for any breach of the rules.
• Failure to complete KYC may result in a temporary account suspension.
• Accounts with no login activity for more than 24 months may be declared dormant, and a monthly maintenance fee may apply.

EX66 treats members' personal information with the utmost care. Your name, address, phone number, and financial details are never sold or rented to any third party.

However, information may be shared in the following circumstances: upon request by legal authorities, as directed by licensing bodies, or in connection with anti-money laundering investigations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy Read.

EX66 will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Losses resulting from the member's own error, such as entering an incorrect payment number.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment services.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, server attacks, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Under all circumstances, EX66's maximum liability to a member is limited to the member's current wallet balance.

For any disputes or complaints, please reach out to the EX66 customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 to 72 hours.

If an issue remains unresolved through customer service, a formal complaint may be submitted to EX66's licensing authority. EX66 will fully cooperate throughout this process.

EX66 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
